By using a DPC foil, you prevent rising damp in masonry or battens around open building sections. Because the VASTR® DPC film has a waffle structure, it has a better bond with the substrate or mortar. Because the DPC film is bespoke UV resistant, it is not suitable for permanent exposure to sunlight.
